Meet the Owner,
Les Krohnfeldt

Experienced Leader, Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, with a proven track record in project feasibility analysis, design to budget and on-time and on-budget project delivery outcomes.

Les has over 25 years’ experience and demonstrated performance as an Owner’s Representative in all facets of real estate development ranging from small to over 30 million-dollar projects. These have included residential, commercial, For Profit, Nonprofit, Medical, Senior Living, Religious institutions and facilities and a 100 plus acre master-planned mixed-use community.

Les’ broad experiences in organization systems, contract administration and project management began with a Bachelor’s degree from the US Military Academy, an Army Career and Master’s degrees in Procurement, Acquisitions Management and Information Technology Management.

Dynamics in Development is a proud Veteran-founded and led organization. Les served in the U.S. Army for over 22 years, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He has subsequently served on the Boards of For Profit and Nonprofit Corporations, Metropolitan Districts and Home Owner’s Associations.
